How we work

Three stages from the first call to the shortlist, run by one consultant throughout.

The three stages

  1. Analysis and discovery

We go through the role, the team it joins and the technical requirements, and build a detailed profile of the person you actually need.

  2. Candidate search

We map the market for the role — our own networks and databases — rather than waiting to see who answers an advert.

  3. Screening and selection

Technical assessment, cultural fit and background checks. You receive profiles that have already been verified, not a pile of CVs.

What that means in practice

  • One consultant, start to finish

The person who takes your briefing is the person who interviews the candidates and calls you about the offer. Nothing is handed to an account manager who was not in the room.

  • Every search is run, not just posted

We do post — we are an official Indeed partner — but the search does not end there. Each one is worked actively by the team until the person is in post.

  • Fewer candidates, better understood

A shortlist of fifteen means nobody has done the filtering. You get a short list of people already through screening and interviews; the average time from mandate to hire is 30 days.

  • We tell you when a brief will not work

Some briefs describe a person who does not exist at that salary, in that location, with that seniority. Saying so at the start costs us a mandate and saves you three months. We would rather reshape the role with you.
