Where we come from
Best Tech Partner grew out of a collaboration between Genuina Hub and Contrader, with one aim: giving companies and institutions in every sector practical answers and support in how they recruit and manage people.
As an official Indeed partner, we combine those platforms with our own search work — recruitment and selection, employer branding, and the digital recruiting tools around them.

We recruit across sectors, from commercial and construction to digital and hospitality. Each search is run by a consultant who knows the market it sits in — which is what lets us judge candidates rather than just forward them.

Our clients range from Italian SMEs making their first senior technical hire to international groups building teams in Italy.
If you are hiring into Italy from abroad, we handle the parts that are hard to judge from outside: what a role is genuinely worth here, which collective agreement applies, what total employer cost looks like, and where the candidates actually are. We work in English throughout if that is easier.
