Let’s Fearlessly Go (LFG) will Bridge the Gap between Education and Employment for Gen Z

Let’s Fearlessly Go (LFG), an innovative content-led online programme, has launched with a mission to help Gen Z and young adults navigate the job market with confidence and the essential skills required for success.

Sometimes unkindly called the Hermit Generation, some of these Gen-Z young adults often end up stuck at home causing stress, arguments, family problems, financial difficulties and mental health issues.

As school leavers and graduates increasingly struggle to secure meaningful work, LFG provides the tools and expertise to bridge the gap between learning to earning.

LFG is an interactive, results-driven online programme designed to help young job seekers stand out in today’s competitive market.

By combining cutting-edge insights, practical strategies, and industry-leading expertise, the programme enables participants to discover their strengths, build personal brands, and approach their job search with clarity.

It’s not just about landing a job; it’s about mastering the skills that create long-term career growth.

LFG was developed in response to alarming statistics from the UK Commission for Employment and Skills, showing that 62% of employers believe the Gen Z generation lacks critical soft skills such as communication and problem-solving.

At the same time, only 45% of young adults feel confident in their ability to communicate effectively in professional settings.

Designed to close this gap, LFG can equip young adults with the confidence and practical skills needed to excel in the workforce.

Co-Founder Kate Bayliss says: “These statistics are alarming and we felt there must be more that could be done. LFG isn’t just another course, we’re providing young adults with the real-world skills and strategies they need to succeed in today’s job market, supplied in the easiest way for them to absorb it – online – but backed up by available support from experts. This generation is ready to go, but we must work with them in their own language and methods to provide the tools they need to do it.”

Co-Founder Hugo Ward is an award-winning journalist and documentary filmmaker. As Executive Producer of Economist Films [The Economist] he launched and pioneered the sensational growth of their online video channels – all tailored to a younger audience.

He said: “Our aim is to produce stand-out highly engaging, data-led video content tailored to the way young people learn today. Research shows that viewers retain 95% of a message when watched in a video, compared to just 10% when reading it in text.

“At LFG, we leverage this insight to break down complex career concepts into digestible, memorable lessons. Our videos are not only informative but built for attention – because we know if it’s not engaging, it’s not effective.”

LFG stands apart by offering:

  • Expert-Led Learning: Taught by industry professionals who understand today’s job market.
  • Tailored for Gen Z: Fast-paced, relevant, and action-oriented content that speaks directly to young adults.
  • Practical Tools: Participants gain essential skills in personal branding, interview strategies, and resilience, ensuring they are ready to thrive in the workplace.
  • The goal of LFG is to help the Gen Z generation move from learning to earning.
