Euphoric Global Ltd., a full-stack AI employee benefits platform that was spun out from Peppy in May 2025, announced a number of milestones. The company was initially incubated by Peppy and aims to improve employee benefits for employers and employees.
Euphoric became independent in mid-May. This allowed it to fully focus on its stated goal of making benefits accessible and effective. Since becoming independent, the company has quickly established strategic partnerships to expand its reach.
The company announced two new partnerships to improve its AI-powered platform, and expand its presence in the global benefits market.
Strategic alliances with global benefit providers
Euphoric and Mercer Marsh Benefits have begun working together on a joint project that combines MMB’s benefits management expertise and Euphoric’s AI-based analytics technology. The collaboration is designed to help multinational clients meet their evolving workforce needs by providing enhanced data-driven benefit solutions.
Euphoric also has a partnership with Generali Employee Benefits. Euphoric’s platform will be delivered to GEB’s client base globally, allowing HR teams and employees to access its Global Analytics Platform.
These partnerships are a reflection of a trend where HR technology providers integrate AI solutions in order to help organizations manage benefits more efficiently, and aligned with employee expectations.
CEO talks about growth after independence
Max Landry said that the spin-out of Euphoric Global from Peppy Health allowed the company’s progress to be accelerated and its focus on the employee benefits sector transformed.
He said: “We spun off Peppy in the belief that AI would fix what was broken with benefits. Just under two months after we started, we are collaborating with leaders around the world to achieve this.
The announcement comes after a period where digital solutions for HR and employee benefits have been in high demand, especially those that allow greater flexibility and personalisation. Euphoric’s AI-first Platform is designed to give employers greater insight into employee engagement and benefits usage while simplifying administration.
