In July 2024, the government plans to introduce legislation requiring mandatory reporting of ethnicity and disability pay. The government is currently collating the responses to its consultation regarding how to best implement these measures.

In association with Employee Benefits live, this webinar by Personnel Today explores what employers should know to prepare for the implementation of this legislation. What data will employers be required to collect, how can they best report this, and what challenges could organisations face?

Ranjit DhindsaRanjit Dhindsa, is the head of employment and pensions, immigration, and compliance. He also leads Fieldfisher Birmingham and is a member of its executive committee. Ranjit is the UK EPIC practice leader for Fieldfisher, a European Law Firm with offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Belfast. In this role Ranjit coordinates and leads a multidisciplinary team and the Inclusion and Culture Consultancy which has several focus areas, including pay gap reporting. She is the office leader of the Birmingham office, and has served on the executive committee of the firm since 2018.

Aaron Lloyd is the total rewards lead at Birmingham City Council. Aaron Lloyd is a reward professional who has over 14 years of experience in rewards and more than 20 years of HR experience. Aaron is currently working for the largest local authority of Europe. He has worked previously in multinational organisations such as Willis Towers Watson JLR, and National Grid.
