HR Technologies UK will return to the UK from 23-24th April 2025. The show, which is held at London’s ExCeL in its third edition, is a must-attend for HR professionals who want to stay on top of trends and achieve success within their organizations.
HR Technologies UK, which expects over 5,000 attendees, will feature over 90 exhibitors including Oracle and UKG as well as HiBob and Personio. The two-day event will feature an active exhibition floor with interactive discussions at the seminar and keynote stages.

HR Technologies 2025 is hosting over 90 exhibitors who will be showcasing their innovative products, offering live demonstrations and engaging in discussions about their latest offerings that can solve complex challenges facing HR professionals today, and future-proof HR Departments.
Personio, among other highlights, will present solutions to help companies navigate changing regulations and foster an equitable and transparent workplace. This includes a newly launched whistleblowing platform to assist in EU legislation compliance. Sage People is showcasing its Sage HR platform. It will demonstrate how it simplifies HR functions and recruitment for small and growing companies. Dayforce introduces Career Explorer, a AI-powered tool for career planning that focuses on skill development. It provides personalised career advice, AI-powered coaching and actionable plans to help employees advance their careers.
HiBob is launching its next-generation solution for payroll processing, tailored specifically for the UK workforce. It promises to streamline payroll operations while ensuring compliance with UK regulations. Employment Hero is launching its Employment Operating System, a platform that integrates every stage of an employee’s lifecycle. It includes AI-driven features such as SmartMatch to match intelligent candidates and HeroAI to provide instant HR support. UKG is showcasing the latest AI advances in UKG Ready(r), which are designed to create a human-centred work environment and increase employee engagement. Workday will demonstrate its AI capabilities, which are revolutionising forecasting and budgeting. This gives leaders greater control over their finances.
Learn about industry leaders
Visitors will be able to listen to representatives from Tesco, Lloyds Banking Group and Diageo. They will also hear from Pregnant then Screwed and SAP. These speakers will provide attendees with the inspiration to create the future workplace through proven strategies and innovations. Panel sessions and presentations will focus on maximising investments in businesses and employees for a successful work environment.
Speakers will focus on the critical connection between leadership, skills development, and organisational change within the workplace. They will translate the impact of current trends into strategies that HR professionals can use. Christine Armstrong and Author and Speaker at Armstrong & Partners will set the stage for two days of popular topics with a Welcome address’ on Day 1, 09:30. This keynote will explore the latest trends in the workplace and their implications for HR professionals.
Joelibrearley and Founder&CEO of Pregnant Then Stopped will host a highly-anticipated session to tackle pervasive issues of the “Motherhood Penalty “;providing strategies for organisations in order to create truly supportive and inclusive workplaces for parent employees during “The Motherhood Penalty : Building Workplaces that Work for Parent Employees” (Day 1, 09:50)

Bob Rehill willprovide practical guidance on ‘Building your Compelling Case For Change’ (Day 1, 12:00), enabling attendees to gain buy-in for new HR technologies. Laura Newman Milone, Global Director of People Analytics for Diageo, will also lead a session on’Unlocking Workforce insights with System Thinking – Beyond KPIs’ (Day 2, 10:00) to examine how Diageo captures the complexity of its workforce today by using systems-thinking metrics.
Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (DEI), which complements organisational transformation, is now at the core of modern HR. A number of keynote sessions explore strategies to create thriving workplaces. ’The Culture Compass : Navigating employee engagement during transitions’ (Day 1, 12 :40) is hosted by Charlotte Johns. She will provide valuable advice to attendees on how to navigate employee engagement in times of change.
The second day will focus on the future of HR technologies , David Wilson as CEO of Fosway Group. He will host “Beyond the hype: How innovation, AI, and HR systems impact HR strategy and systems by 2025″ (Day 2, 10 am) to examine how the rapid evolution in AI and HR technology is impacting the challenges faced by HR. David Wilson, CEO of Fosway Group will discuss the latest research from Fosway Group to help clarify the reality of investing in HR technology. Ben Eubanks will identify the’Five Key Indicators for HR’s Bright future’ (Day 1, 14:50). He will share an optimistic view of the changing role of Human Resources and how they can continue to integrate into wider company processes in order to promote employee success and wellbeing. Katrina Collier will present the keynote, “AI vs. Recruiter: “Will You Win?” (Day 2 11:50), exploring the changing dynamic between AI recruiters.
Closed-knit Conversations
HR Technologies UK, along with the keynote stages will hold four seminar streams, bringing more than 50 sessions dedicated for solution providers, to share their insights, advice and learned experience.
Emily Johnson (11:10), Senior Privacy and AI Compliance manager at Deel will provide advice to businesses on how to comply with AI-led HR Software, despite the absence of a dedicated law. Nkem Nwankwo will present a case-study of how technology can be integrated into the hiring process . He will be joined at the event by
Chris Lees is the Hiring Operations Leader at Monzo. Together they will explore their experiences in job discovery, and how it can be applied to the assessment of candidates and onboarding process. Attendees will learn how to reduce hiring friction, find candidates faster and make better data-driven decisions.
Day two sees Richard Doherty Sr. Director Product Marketing at Workday discuss the AI skills revolution, and how recent research shows calls to action for organisations looking to modernise or streamline HR practices (10:55). Gethin Naidin, Chief Innovation Office – Zellis UK Limitedwill also cover how prioritising financial wellbeing can boost wellbeing, customer satisfaction, and investor return (10:30).
Championing AI services
It is widely known that the rapid integration of AI has reshaped HR practices. HR Technologies UK will host the first ever ‘Innovation & AI Competition’ on the second day of the event.
The exhibiting companies will be invited to submit AI-driven HR Solutions, highlighting the benefits and value they offer. Successful applicants will be invited to participate in a Dragons’ Den-style, 10-minute pitch on the Innovation Stage during HR Technologies UK. The panel of judges, led by Bill Boorman, will judge. The winner of the competition will receive an exhibitor stand at HR Technologies UK and a speaking slot for a 30 minute seminar.
Emerging Changemakers
The event will feature the popular Start-Up Zone, as well as the Start-Up Showdown Competition. This competition is designed to showcase the most innovative companies in the HR technology space.
