Our speakers
Jan Laurijssen, SDWorx’s HR Evangelist is also a researcher from the University of Antwerp. He is an expert on HR and the future of work. He also teaches occasionally and is well known as a speaker. He coordinates the research conducted by Prof. Dr. Ans De Vos and Antwerp Management School on “Next Generation Work”. He is also pursuing his PhD in the cost and benefit of contingent work. This involves examining why companies choose to compose their workforces as they do. Jan is also a Reshaping Work fellow and a researcher for the EU-funded SEISMEC Project.
Simon Garrity works as a Workforce Management Systems specialist at Protime UK. He is a specialist in helping organizations improve their productivity, performance commercially and employee experience using technology. He is the UK Business Manager for Protime, which is a leader in employee scheduling, time recording, access control, and visitor registration.
