A survey of 600 IT professionals found that while over 80% believed Gen AI would reshape the way work is done, only 39% said they were actively transforming their workspaces today. More strikingly, 89% of respondents agree that AI benefits require more than just deploying new tools. They also believe the digital workplace must be completely redesigned to reap its full potential.
