The deadline for RAD Awards 2025 is this Friday


The extended deadline for the 2025 RAD Awards is Friday, 11 October 2024.

The RAD Awards celebrate the best of employer branding, recruitment marketing, and people communication. The RAD Awards are designed to celebrate and elevate the best in creativity, innovation and effectiveness within the industry.

The RADS are widely regarded as the Oscars for the recruitment advertising sector. They celebrate the best creative work created by ad agency teams in collaboration with their clients and the in-house teams of employers.

Richard Andrews said, “2025 promises another fantastic event. We’re keen to invite HR and talent professionals to join us as we celebrate innovation in the worlds of employer branding and recruitment advertising.

The RAD Awards are renowned for their robust judging processes and I’m sure this year’s jury can’t be more excited to dig into this year’s submissions.”

This year, the RADS includes 19 categories including:

  • Attractions for School Leavers and Apprentices
  • Creative Idea
  • Employer Website
  • The In-house Employer Team of the year
  • Video Campaign
  • Technology

The winners of 2024 were Adidas, BT, Currys, and leading advertising agencies such as Havas People, Tonic, and TMP Worldwide.

The awards will be presented on Thursday, 30th January 2025 at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London’s Park Lane. The evening includes a drinks reception and a three-course menu with entertainment. There will also be an awards ceremony, after-party, and enthralling entertainment.

Katherine Ryan, Joel Dommett, and Tom Allen were the guest hosts for this event.
