The British Training Awards have recognized a leading property consultant for its innovative approach towards employee development.
Fisher German has 26 offices in the UK and has won the Professional Services Initiative of the year award for its innovative Pathway to Ownership program.
This flagship initiative offers a clearly-defined programme for employees at all stages of their career, reinforcing Fisher German’s commitment to nurturing talents and fostering growth on a long-term basis across the company.
The British Training Awards, which were presented in the Grand Hall of the Grand Connaught Rooms at Covent Garden, London, celebrated the best of learning and development in the UK. Over 360 entries were submitted by start-ups and public sector leaders as well as global giants.

Harman Basra is the Head of Performance and Organisational Development for Fisher German. He said that the award was a testament to how dedicated the company has been to helping its staff flourish.
He said: “From large companies to small ones, from new Learning & Development Teams to more experienced teams, it was inspirational to see how people in all types of business are dedicated to helping them develop their careers.
This award recognizes the dedication to the development of colleagues across Fisher German, as well as the hard work done by those involved in our Pathway to Ownership program.
