Culture Amp announced the launch its AI Coach. This personalised coaching tool is designed to build managers’ confidence and capabilities. The product will be available by Q3 2025. It was launched at the Culture First Leadership Forum held in London.
AI Coach provides tailored coaching based on workplace psychology. It uses conversational AI to help managers overcome common leadership challenges, such as managing performance, giving feedback and having difficult discussions. The tool is integrated with Culture Amp’s employee experience platform and provides contextual guidance and plans based upon organisational data and insights.
Culture Amp People Science research is the foundation of this product. It draws from more than 1,5 billion data points collected in ten years. The large language model was specifically trained using industrial and organisational psychological principles in order to deliver targeted coaching aligned with real-world situations.

AI Coach is designed to help HR and People teams that are time-constrained. It provides tailored guidance to each manager’s and team’s specific needs. The tool is designed to support performance conversations, 1:1s, and everyday leadership interactions through real-time advice.
The system can also produce practical resources, such as talking points, team emails and other communication materials that are tailored to the current challenges and priorities of an organisation. AI Coach, when used in conjunction with Culture Amp’s tool Engage, helps managers quickly translate survey results into action plans and focus areas.

This tool offers managers a private space to reflect and plan, allowing them to prepare for important conversations and decisions. The tool is designed to meet managers wherever they are – whether they require quick tips or detailed guidance on an issue.
