Culture Amp launches AI Coach to support manager development

AI Coach provides tailored coaching based on workplace psychology. It uses conversational AI to help managers overcome common leadership challenges, such as managing performance, giving feedback and having difficult discussions. The tool is integrated with Culture Amp’s employee experience platform and provides contextual guidance and plans based upon organisational data and insights.

Culture Amp People Science research is the foundation of this product. It draws from more than 1,5 billion data points collected in ten years. The large language model was specifically trained using industrial and organisational psychological principles in order to deliver targeted coaching aligned with real-world situations.
