P3, a HR and people management specialist, has added a new consultant as part of its team.
Charlotte Clark from Cheshire has joined Altrincham’s consultancy P3 and will support clients throughout the UK.
Charlotte graduated with a degree from Manchester University in International Marketing 12 years ago. She has since built a career as a fashion retailer, holding HR management and training roles, as well HR business partners for major fashion brands both in the UK, and Australia.
Charlotte, who spent several years in Sydney and London before returning to the North West is thrilled to be taking on her first HR consulting role at P3 People Management. Charlotte will work with a wide range of clients in a number of different sectors. She will help them with everything from the HR people strategy process to performance management.
P3 People Management was founded 20 years ago by Charlotte Dean. The company offers outsourced HR and learning solutions for small and medium businesses in a variety of industries.
Charlotte Dean stated: “Charlotte will be a perfect fit for our small team of passionate HR experts. She is very gifted and has a wealth experience that will be an asset to us and to our clients. We are therefore very happy to welcome Charlotte to our team.
