HR Technologies UK is preparing for the 2025 event at ExCeL London on 23-24 th April. The event will feature the popular Start-Up Zone, as well as the Start-Up Showdown Competition. This competition is designed to highlight innovative new companies within the HR technology space.
HR Technologies UK is a unique event that allows emerging HR and Recruitment Technology companies to connect with industry leaders and gain valuable exposure. The event draws a wide range of participants, including HR professionals, media and investors. It offers start-ups the opportunity to build relationships and showcase their products.
Start-Up Zone is a space dedicated to these companies, where they can engage with attendees, build brand awareness, and generate leads. The Start-Up Showdown is a competition judged and rated by industry experts. This will enhance their visibility, with the winning start-up receiving a complimentary stand at HR Technologies UK in 2026. Bill Boorman, an industry consultant and thought leader, will also provide complimentary consulting services to the winning start up. This combination offers a dynamic platform for emerging companies that allows them to connect with the larger HR community. Participants include Bro, Inc., Cruit., Hapcha., Nartio., Unbiasly., Welliba. and Workflex.
The winner of the Start-Up Showdown last year was inploi, a candidate experience platform that emerged after a two-day rigorous judging process. The event, hosted by Bill Boorman and judged by both consultants and investors, was well-attended and gave start-ups the opportunity to form valuable business relationships.

CloserStill Media will co-locate HR Technologies UK with Learning Technologies. It welcomed more than 11,000 visitors in 2024. There were 200 international exhibitors, and 200 speakers. Both events are linked, so that visitors to HR Technologies UK can gain direct access into Learning Technologies and vice versa.
