Eliza Blain works as a senior person scientist at Culture Amp. She has worked both in internal and consulting roles within the people advisory sector. Eliza began her career as a management consultant, supporting government clients in delivering targeted people initiatives to large workforces. She focused on performance appraisal systems, cultures, and other aspects of the culture. She has also worked as a people manager for a fintech firm scaling at speed, where she was responsible for driving a high performance culture among diverse employee groups.
